BohoChic is an exchange only boutique(headbands are final sale). From the date your item(s) are delivered, you have 3 days to reach out with concerns. You can contact me via email - bohocustomerservice@outlook.com.
I reserve the right to decline your exchange if your item(s) are sent back with any odor, stains or have obviously been worn. Customer pays for all shipping charges.
